Site blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this latest photograph drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
