Major Moscow's Attacks Cut Electricity Across Ukraine's Capital

During the night, Moscow's aerial assaults have resulted in electricity outages in multiple districts of the capital city, Kyiv.

Several individuals were wounded while residents in the city's east were plunged into darkness and faced problems to drinking water, according to municipal leaders.

At the same time, a seven-year-old child was killed in a different Russian drone strike in the southeastern region in the southern area, as reported by area administrators.

Moscow has increased attacks on electrical systems over recent weeks, while Ukrainian leadership has called for "concrete actions" from allies to apply pressure on Moscow.

"What is required is not symbolic gestures but strong steps - from the America, European nations and the G7 - in supplying defensive weapons and applying sanctions," mentioned in a social media post.

Officials stated that numerous aerial vehicles and more than 30 rockets targeted Ukraine's energy infrastructure, labeling such strikes as "strategic and deliberate" and against "everything that sustains normal life" as the weather cools.

Energy officials said Russia was "inflicting a massive strike" and repair crews were striving to repair systems.

A barrage of missiles damaged electrical systems and civilian homes in the capital.

Five out of the nine people wounded in the assaults on the capital have been hospitalized, per statements from local officials.

Area administrators said the city came under heavy assaults overnight. A young boy lost their life and three other people were hurt.

The strikes succeed evenings of aerial attacks in the area, portions of which remain under the control of invading troops.

The whole nation is under warning for sophisticated projectile assaults, which are harder to spot.

Authorities told journalists that Russia was purposely seeking to damage the country's energy grid, with assaults already disrupting energy systems.

Authorities confirmed utility staff and government agencies were bracing for more assaults.
