Over a decade, someone dreaded the arrival of colder months. The shorter days left her feeling perpetually exhausted, sluggish, and depressed. This pattern lasted an entire decade.

"I experienced very depressed, extremely lonely, and temperamental," recalls the twenty-eight-year-old employment specialist based in London. "I would hibernate and feel really down."

"It completely transformed my dawn ritual," shares a twenty-five-year-old based in East Sussex. "Rising early to work out seems easier with this equipment."
